Joint Ventures Abroad
Boots and Berets started working with associates in China in late 2006 to form our first Joint Venture. Our intention is to bring many of the Boots and Berets businesses, products, and services into the world’s fastest developing country. Over the next few years Boots and Berets will work closely with our Joint Venture company in China to bring the Chinese people a wide variety of goods and services not available to them. Once established, we will strive to expand these operations throughout all of China and into other Asian countries. Boots and Berets will continue to explore other opportunities around the world for similar Joint Ventures where our businesses, products and services would be well received.
