About Boots And Berets
Mission
Boots and Berets, a Limited Liability Company (LLC) is focused on delivering innovative products into new global markets in a timely manner. Our intent is to provide unique quality goods and services, which will have a large appeal to the more educated selective consumers.
Vision
Boots and Berets was started in August of 2006 in Mesa Arizona. The company was designed to develop or find products that would have a large appeal to the more health conscious consumer. Boots and Berets is a Limited Liability Company designed around a holding company model based on honesty, integrality, loyalty and honor in all aspects of our business ventures. Our vision is to seek out interesting business proposals which help the global community. Following an evaluation and by mutual agreement, we decide on proposals which will help our over-all bottom line and the global community. After building interesting business proposals into profitable companies we sell ensuring the management team is taken care of, then move on to new ventures. A portion of all net profits from Boots and Berets LLC, will go into non-profit corporations.

Tommy E. Collins
Chief Executive Officer for Boots and Berets LLC since November of 2006. His responsibilities included guidance for development of new products, markets, strategic planning and management for the company.
Mr. Collins was the Chief Operations Officer for Free and Clear Inc., a smoking cessation intervention company that focused on the science and counseling services to COPD individuals. Mr. Collins negotiated and implemented intervention techniques and counseling with state government agencies and private industries.
Mr. Collins became chief technology officer and vice president of operations of Esurg inc., a medical supply company, in January 2000. In this role, he was responsible for all Web and technology planning, design and operational management. Mr. Collins’ work was recognized by the Harvard Graduate School of Business in a case study published in February 2001.
Prior to joining Esurg inc., Mr. Collins served as Chief Technology Officer for Egghead.com, one of the leading Internet retailers. As CTO of Egghead, Mr. Collins led the company's transition from bricks and mortar to the World Wide Web, earning the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management's highest award for Web Transformation in 1999. Collins’ work was further recognized by the Harvard Graduate School of Business in a case study published in March 1999.
Under Collins' management, Egghead became one of the top ten retail sites on the Web. His duties included leadership of a 132 person department; design and development of the company's award-winning Web site; planning and design of a data warehouse system for all company reporting; project management and process controls; strategic planning; negotiation of all system, content and communications contracts; and the coordination of all operational activities.
Prior to joining Egghead, Collins rose to the level of Senior Director of Operation and Information Technology at Key Tronic Corp. after serving as a manager of Common Support Systems.
Mr. Collins holds Bachelor of Science and MBA degrees from Seattle’s City University, Seattle Washington. Collins is married and has five children.
Mr. Collins is retired from the United States Army where he served as an officer in the elite Special Forces.

Casey Foster
President for Boots and Berets LLC since November 2006. His responsibilities included new product development, restructuring old product lines, promoting new markets and developing those markets into mutually supporting campaigns.
Mr. Foster was educated at Boise State University as well as the University of Puget Sound.
Mr. Foster brings over 20 years of experience in Product Development, Management Sales and Marketing in the Natural Supplement Industry.
For the last 10 years Mr. Foster has been directly involved as an owner in a product development and manufacturing company of numerous label brand products that are supplied worldwide. Mr. Foster continues to be directly involved with the growing operations of raw materials throughout the island nations of the South Pacific.

Kenneth A. Hunt
Chief Operations Officer for Boots and Berets LLC since November of 2007. His responsibilities included daily operational supervision of the organization, plus he is the chief interface with military contacts for Boots and Berets.
Mr. Hunt had a long and active military career, serving in the Army for over 27 years. Early in his career he was assigned to the 5th Special Forces Group Airborne as a Medic, leaving the military in 1983 to enter the University of Idaho; he was commissioned in 1986 and graduated from the University in 1987.
After commissioning Mr. Hunt’s first assignment was with the Berlin Brigade as an Infantry Officer. He then returned to Special Forces, serving in several command and staff positions including assignments to 10th Special Forces Group, Pentagon on the Joint Staff and Army staff, plus an assignment with the Army Human Resources Command. Mr. Hunt’s final assignment was as the Professor of Military Science at the University of Idaho, where he retired as a Lieutenant Colonel.
During his military career, Mr. Hunt continued his education, earning a Masters degree in General Administration from Central Michigan University.
Mr. Hunt is a life member of The Veterans of Foreign Wars, a life member of The Special Forces Association and is currently on the Board of Directors for the Palouse Chapter of the Military Officers Association of America.
